country, 5 km west of Sandy Hollow. The property consists of 1000
acres
running along the Goulburn river. Byerley is fully self sufficient
in lucerne hay
production, and able to irrigate and maintain necessary pasture
to assist in
the development of maturing of young horses and allow quality management
of broodmares.
